Topic: Garnishments
Synopsis: Wage garnishments cause employers headaches, requiring employers to determine how much to garnish, how long to garnish, and how to respond to the garnishment. If employers get it wrong, they face legal consequences. And even if employers get it right, they often incur costs to ensure compliance with garnishment’s technicalities. We will discuss those technicalities, along with best practices for compliance with garnishments.
